4 shows the reflection spectra of Ag/SiOx one dimensional photonic crystal for different cycles. For the photonic crystal with one period of repeating thickness, it did not appear photonic band gap. For two periods, one-dimensional photonic crystals began to appear peak. With period increasing, the difference peak is more obvious, the reflectivity is also growing. It can be predicted that with the one-dimensional photonic crystal cycle increasing, the difference between peak and valley will become increasingly large, and ultimately show significant photonic band gap, even be completely band gap.
