Return/Refund Policy

Items purchased in our store may be returned or exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase with a receipt. Returns are free, however not all products are eligible. See the exclusions section for more details.

After the product has been approved for return, all refunds will be credited back to the issuing bank for processing. Generally, this can take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the Financial Institution.

Returns that are past thirty (30) days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items with direct skin contact are not permitted for return or exchange once the original seal is broken. These include:

Incontinence Products
Mattresses & Cushions
Compression Garments
Supports & Braces
Bathroom Safety Equipment

Exchanges

Within 7 days from the original date of purchase.
Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal value at the store’s discretion.
A new receipt for the exchanged product will be issued.
